PROMOTIONAL RULES
The organizer of the promotional campaigns (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotions”) is SF1 CLIPS s.r.o., with its registered office at Pribinova 4, 811 09 Bratislava. Registered in the Commercial Register under Company ID No.: 56 299 389; VAT ID No.: SK2122273208.
PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This document represents the basis for organizing the Promotion, defines the rights and obligations of its Participants, and is the only binding document governing the rules of the Promotion. All information provided in advertising and promotional materials is for informational purposes only.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms of the Promotion and the content of this document during the Promotion period; however, such changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for by customers.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant confirms that they have read the contents of this document, agree to comply with its rules, and confirm that they meet all the conditions for participation in the Promotion.
The Promotion takes place exclusively in the online store operated by SF1 CLIPS at www.victoriassecret.cy
Promotions do not apply to discounted products unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion’s terms and conditions.
Types of promotions:
- <1+1 FREE – the price of the cheaper product is reduced to €1.
- SECOND PRODUCT -50% – the price of the cheaper product is reduced by 50%.
- 3 FOR 2 – the price of the cheapest product is reduced to €1.
- 2+2 – the price of the two cheapest products is reduced to €1./li>
The promotion cannot be combined with other offers or discount codes.
The purchase value must not exceed €2000 gross.
Participation is free and voluntary, intended for adults with full legal capacity.
The rights and obligations arising from participation in the Promotion cannot be transferred to a third party.
The offer may also include gift sets consisting of multiple products.
Returned products can only be returned as a whole. This also applies to gift sets.
Complaints related to the Promotion should be sent to the email address info@victoriassecret.cy.
Complaints can be submitted within 14 days after the end of the Promotion.
Warranties and complaints will be assessed based on the prices stated on the proof of purchase.
Complaints will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
Complaints regarding products from a gift set can only be submitted for the entire set.

In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Slovak law shall apply.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the locally competent court according to the registered office of the Organizer.
Promotions may be limited in time, valid until stocks run out or until withdrawn. The type and duration will be specified on the store’s website.
